Business casual is recommended for PAYMENTSfn. The event takes place in Miami, so attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably while maintaining a polished, professional appearance suitable for networking and sessions.

Wi-Fi
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the event spaces, guest rooms, and common areas. Log-in details will be provided at check-in and posted throughout the conference area.

Accessibility
Andaz Miami Beach is fully ADA-compliant, with accessible guest rooms, elevators, ramps, and restrooms. If you have any specific accommodation needs, please let us know in advance so we can ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Charging Stations & Power Access
Need a recharge? Power outlets are available throughout the event space, and select lounges will be equipped with dedicated charging stations.

Food & Beverage
During the event, you'll enjoy curated dining options from the Andaz culinary team, inspired by Miami’s coastal flair. Morning coffee, lunch, and networking happy hours are all included. If you have dietary restrictions, be sure to note them during registration

Accommodations (if needed)

Parking

Valet parking is available at the Andaz Miami Beach. For those staying overnight, parking is $55 per night. Day visitors can valet for $35. We recommend rideshare for ease, but if you're driving, rest assured you'll be taken care of.

Badge pickup

Attendees can pick up their PAYMENTSfn badges at the on-site registration table. Exact location and hours will be shared closer to the event—stay tuned for details in your pre-event email.

Dietary restrictions

Attendee dietary needs are important to us. During the registration process, please email marketing@spreedly.com to indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies. We will ensure appropriate accommodations are made for all meals served during the event.

Event cancellation

While we don’t anticipate any changes, if PAYMENTSfn needs to be canceled or rescheduled, all registered attendees will be notified via email. Since there is no ticket cost, no refunds are necessary—but we do recommend booking travel and accommodations with flexible change or cancellation policies just in case.
